The 2026
Craft Fair

2026 Craft fair information
The 59th Annual Pembroke Arts Festival will be held on
Saturday, August 8, 2026
from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. &
Sunday, August 9, 2026,
from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
at the
Pembroke Community Center,
located at 128 Center St.,
Pembroke, MA.
The Pembroke Arts Festival (PAF) is now accepting applications from crafters who would like to participate in the festival. Due to space constraints, a limited number of crafters will be accepted.
Please note:
-
We will be limiting the number and specific types of crafters to avoid duplication.
-
Previous participation does not guarantee a booth space in this year's show.
-
All work for exhibit and sale must be designed and created by the applicant. Crafts derived from commercial molds or commercial kits will not be accepted. You will be asked to include photos and/or a website with your application.
-
Crafts will be reviewed by the PAF committee and applicants will be notified of acceptance within a few days of receiving the application.
Like last year, as we will be offering Crafter’s spots both INSIDE the Pembroke Community Center, and OUTSIDE on the front lawn of the Center. Should you choose to apply to exhibit, you will be able to indicate which location you prefer. Please note that spots are assigned based on several factors, including the order applications and payments are received, so be sure to return your application and payment as soon as possible.
NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, alternative indoor space will be made available, at the discretion of the committee. Please be aware that this space will NOT be in the crafter’s room due to space constraints.
There are a total of 10 spaces available INSIDE the Crafter’s Room in the Community Center, and up to 10 spaces OUTSIDE on the lawn. Should you be assigned to an outside space, you will have to provide your own pop-up tent and a table to display your items. Outside spaces are approximately 10 feet X 10 feet. Indoor spaces are 8 feet X 12 feet.
Booth Fee Due With Application:
$85 total for both Saturday and Sunday (Fee to be returned if not accepted. No refunds will be made for other reasons.) Please mail your completed application, along with a check made out to Pembroke Arts Festival, to Suzanne Ducharme MacFarlane, c/o The Offices of Suzanne Ducharme at 273 Hanover St Suite 1 Hanover MA 02339.
**A raffle donation of one craft item (with a minimum value of $25.00) is required to help fund scholarships, to be collected on Saturday morning prior to the start of the festival.
A PAF Spotlight Award will be presented to the Crafter who donates the most impressive item for the Scholarship Raffle, to be chosen by committee members. This will include a large ribbon to be displayed on the winner's booth and a free ad for a year on the Crafter's page of our website pembrokeartsfestival.org.
SET-UP DETAILS:
Booths may be set up beginning at 8:00 am on Saturday 8/9. All booths must be removed after 4:00 pm on Sunday 8/10. Crafters' spaces will be located either inside the air-conditioned building or outdoors at designated sites. By joining the festival as a crafter, you are agreeing to stay for the duration of the festival, and to adhere to set up and breakdown timelines. NOTE: Indoor crafters will be able to leave at 5 pm on Saturday, and the doors will be locked. Outdoor vendors will be able to stay beyond the 6 pm end time at their discretion due to the family concert and possibility for more sales.
Booth sites will be assigned approximately one week before the event. Each outdoor space is 10 feet by 10 feet. Crafters must supply and set up their own tables, chairs, displays (and tents if outdoors). Displays may be left overnight if secured by crafters. PAF is not responsible for loss or damage.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE. GENERATORS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
Disclaimers: Your submitted application serves as acknowledgement of the following:
-
PAF reserves the right to decline space to anyone exhibiting inappropriate items.
-
PAF is not responsible for loss or damage of any equipment or merchandise.
-
Crafters are responsible for donating an item to the raffle (at least $25 in value) to be collected at the beginning of the festival.
-

-
You agree to adhere to established set up and breakdown guidelines, including hours of operation.
