The 2023 Craft Fair
Will take place in person!
2023 Craft fair information
The 56th Annual Pembroke Arts Festival will be held
August 12, 2023 from 10 am to 6 pm, &
August 13, 2023, from 10 am to 4 pm
at Hobomock Elementary School, located at
81 Learning Lane, Pembroke, MA.
Applications are now being accepted from crafters.
Due to space constraints, a limited number of crafters will be accepted,
and we will also be limiting the amount of specific types of crafts to avoid excessive duplication.
Previous participation does not guarantee a booth space in this year's show.
Application accepted? Please provide:
$75 fee - covers both days.
A raffle donation craft item worth at least $25 to support our scholarship program,
which will be collected Saturday, prior to the start of the festival.
PAF is a rain or shine event, and all crafter booths will be outside at designated spaces. In case of severe weather, crafters will set up in the gymnasium in a smaller space, as allowed.
Booth sites will be assigned upon acceptance to the Festival.
Spaces are 10 x 10, on grass - spikes will be allowed.
Tents must be weighed down with appropriate weights.
Crafters supply and set up your own tents, tables chairs and displays.
Displays may be left overnight if secured under a tent. A security guard will be onsite overnight. PAF is not responsible for loss or damage.
There is no electricity available, and generators will NOT be allowed for crafters.
Booth set up begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, 8/12.
PAF closes at 4:00 pm on Sunday, 8/13. All booths must be removed at that time.
DISCLAIMERS: Your submitted application serves as acknowledgement of the following:
All work for exhibit and sale must be designed and created by the applicant (crafts derived from commercial molds or commercial kits will not be accepted). PAF reserves the right to decline space to anyone exhibiting inappropriate items. PAF is not responsible for loss or damage of any equipment or merchandise.
