The tent has been ordered and a wide variety of artists, dancers and musicians are preparing their artwork and performances for the 41st Pembroke Arts Festival! ballerinasHeld each year on the first weekend in August on the Pembroke Town Green, this is not just another art show, but rather a true "Festival of the Arts" that attracts hundreds of people to Pembroke Center. Local artists of all ages submit their original works of art for one of the most popular juried art shows on the South Shore. Visitors can see and talk with artists and artisans in action throughout the weekend, or stroll through the “Young Artists Gallery” where budding young artists are encouraged to display their work. You'll want to bring your lawn chair, as a full schedule of performing arts will keep things lively with performances each hour on the outdoor stage. As an added attraction, area crafters are invited to display and sell their wares. An exciting program of art, music, dance and entertainment has been planned to ensure a fun-filled weekend for all ages. All events are open to the public at no charge and there is plenty of free parking.

We count on the generous donations from businesses and individuals to make this outstanding “festival of the arts” a success. Your financial contribution can be beneficial to your business as well, since your business name will appear in the program distributed to all visitors to the Festival. Additional recognition can be had by sponsoring an art prize or a headline act for the “Concert Under the Stars” on Saturday evening.

All donors will also receive complimentary tickets to the Friday evening “Artist's Reception and Awards” presentation where you will have a chance to preview the show, meet the artists and enjoy the featured music and refreshments.
