Young Artists and Photographers Invited to Exhibit
Students from Pembroke and surrounding areas are invited to exhibit their best work at the 40th annual Pembroke Arts Festival, August 4th and 5th. The exhibit is sponsored by the East Bridgewater Savings Bank.

Young artists may submit either their original artwork and/or photography. Each student is welcome to enter a maximum of 3 pieces in the combination of their choice. There is no fee. The reverse side of each piece must include the artist’s Name / Address / Phone number / Grade as of June 2008 / Category and Title of the piece. Blank entry slips will be available at the Pembroke Library. The pieces must be ready for hanging: framed with hooks and wire on the back. We can not accept any pieces with tape and/or string of any kind as they do not hold up in the humidity. Due to the volume of pieces coming in, please be sure to adhere to the above request.

Awards will be given for outstanding work in the following categories:
    Top Three Photographers
Artwork:
    Preschool – Kindergarten
    Grades 1-3
    Grades 4-6
    Grades 7-9
    Grades 10-12

ENTRIES may be left at the Pembroke Center Library from Monday, July 14 to Saturday, July 26. A log book along with the entry forms will be available on the main desk at the library.

Pick-up will be Sunday, August 3, from 4–5 pm at the close of the festival.
